About the Project
Located in Juba, South Sudan, this project was commissioned by a prominent government official eager to reside in the burgeoning city. The 25m by 25m site was designed to feature a luxurious 5-bedroom house, each with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies for outdoor experiences. The client's preference for hosting required ample space, including greenery, gazebos, and a rooftop terrace. Materials were sourced from Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda due to South Sudan's limited local supply.
